The following sets forth the policies for the collection and use of personally identifiable information ("Information") by Tri-Valley Triathlon Club ("TVTC") in connection with its operation of its Web site located at (the "Site"), and supersedes any previous statement of such policies.
TVTC knows that users' personal information is important to them, and that it is important that TVTC respect that importance and treat that information responsibly.
